The RFVolt2000A is a wireless data logger designed to measure and record DC voltage signals. The data logger can connect directly to DC voltage sources which makes it ideal for battery usage studies, solar energy monitoring and other DC voltage monitoring applications. The RFVolt2000A can also be interfaced with with a wide range of voltage output sensors, including pressure sensors and CO2 sensors, as well as transmitters and other transducers. The RFVolt2000A is available in a 2.5V, 15V, 30V or 160mV measurement range. The RFVolt2000A features an LCD screen which provides instant access to the current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics. Through the software, the device can be programmed with engineering units, which convert the voltage signals into a different unit of measure such as PSI, % or PPM. The engineering unit is available for display on the LCD screen as well as in the software. The statistics can be reset through the keypad of the device, allowing customers to keep track of statistics over certain time periods. The MadgeTech Therm•A•Lert is a temperature monitoring and alarming system, designed specifically for laboratories, warehouses and other environments where temperature monitoring is critical. The system can be used to monitor a single location, or expanded to monitor hundreds of locations over a broad area (additional MadgeTech wireless loggers and transceivers may be required). The Therm•A•Lert provides real time wireless, or wired, notification of temperature. The data logger features user programmable alarms that can be configured to send a message via text message (standard SMS rates apply), on-screen alarm and/or via e-mail if an alarm condition is met. The Therm•A•Lert device is equipped with two-way wireless communication. MadgeTech wireless systems offer a flexible and robust integration for many applications. One PC can provide control and communication to all the wireless loggers within range, or the system can be divided into smaller subnets (using a different RF channel). MadgeTechs Vaccine Temperature Monitoring System (VTMS) is ideal for the continuous measurement and data logging of temperature sensitive vaccines or pharmaceuticals in refrigerators, freezers, and coolers. The system includes a NIST traceable RFTCTemp2000A data logger with thermocouple, Glycol bottle and a power supply. Additionally, the RFTCTemp2000A data logger in the VTMS system has a convenient LCD to ensure temperature parameters are met, in real time. The current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics can all be obtained through the display. In the real-time chart recording mode the VTMS can alert the user, or other personnel, via e-mail or text message if the refrigerator has failed, or if the temperature is outside of the nominal range. This allows users to take immediate actions to ensure vaccines and pharmaceuticals in storage are not destroyed. To prevent false alarms, the RFTCTemp2000A is connected to a Glycol bottle which provides temperature buffered readings.

The AVS150 is a complete system used to perform autoclave validations. The AVS150 consists of a N.I.S.T. traceable HiTemp150 data logger, an IP68 extended range thermal shield, an IFC200 USB cable package and MadgeTechs Secure Software and IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols, providing tools to users to assist with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. For larger size autoclaves or mapping projects, the AVS150-5, includes five HiTemp150s and five thermal shields. The HiTemp150 is completely submersible and can measure temperatures up to 150°C. The 2" rigid probe provides a fast response time and can record readings as fast as once per second. The HiTemp150 can be used in each autoclave cycle for verification and to provide data for validation. When used with the thermal shield the device can withstand up to 250°C (time dependent).   MadgeTech's Secure Software provides data in graphical and tabular form, and provides a summary and statistical report of the data. MadgeTechs EGMS is specifically designed to measure and record the temperature and humidity of eggs during shipping, storage and incubation. The data logger thermally responds to an environment the same way a real egg does, simulating the temperature and humidity experience of the actual product. The EGMS comes with a humidity and temperature cap, and a temperature only cap. The temperature and humidity cap has vents to measure the humidity, where as the temperature only cap doesn't have any vents, and makes the product submersible. The EGMS can measure temperatures up to 60°C. It has a user replaceable battery, that typically lasts up to 1 year. The nonvolatile memory can hold up to 32,767 readings and will retain data even if the battery becomes discharged. MadgeTechs data logger software offers an easy way to analyze data. Data can be viewed in Celsius or Fahrenheit, and in graph, summary or data formats. For further analysis data can also be exported to Excel.
